2008–09 MacroMonitor

The MacroMonitor is the largest comprehensive retail financial-services database and marketing program that has measured, analyzed, and interpreted consumer attitudes, behaviors, and motivations continuously since 1978.

The 2008–09 MacroMonitor marks the thirtieth anniversary of the MacroMonitor. We fielded the 2008–09 MacroMonitor from 15 April to 15 August 2008. The 2008–09 dataset includes a total of 4,100 responses. That number includes an oversample of 2,052 affluent households.

2008–09 MacroMonitor: What Do Clients Receive?

Database

Target of 3,800 respondents, 2,300 of whom represent a national random cross section of U.S. households and approximately 1,500 of whom are from an oversample of affluent households (in ASCII format).

Customized Crosstabulations

A three-volume set of crosstabulations incorporating responses to all survey questions. Subscribers specify a custom banner of up to 18 target populations.

Custom Graphic Analysis

A set of 500+ customized PowerPoint slides depicting up to six user-specified populations; available electronically or in hard copy.

Top-Line Findings

Survey results in questionnaire format and trended to the previous year's results.

Presentations of Findings

Onsite client presentations of MacroMonitor findings: one standard executive and one custom (one hour each, one per year).

Products and Services Volume

Extensive analysis of incidences and trends for each financial product and service in the MacroMonitor survey.
